Shipping Policy
At Drop Out Store, we strive to provide only the best shipping rates and opportunties available. We use NZ based shipping service GoSweetSpot to produce the best shipping rates possible. GoSweetSpot and Locals Streetwear NZ Ltd strive to provide the best possible service under the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
We currently use the following shipping carriers to transport your orders to you:
Within New Zealand:
- NZ Post
- Poste Haste
International:
- AusPost (Australia only)
- FedEx
- EMS International Carriage
Shipping Times
We aim to provide optimal shipping opportunties within 1-2 working days of your initial order completion. Times may vary accordingly with courier workload and Drop Out Store/Locals Streetwear NZ Ltd's ability to process orders in a professional, proper and timely manner. Shipping Rates
As we come to terms with current shipping expenses, including adminstrative processing time and material costs, Drop Out Store's current shipping fees are as follows:
- North Island: $5 NZD
- North Island Rural: $15 NZD
- South Island: $10 NZD
- South Island Rural: $15 NZD
All orders over $250 NZD will incur free shipping. Only within NZ.
International shipping rates are as follows:
Australia:
Standard (3-10 Days) - $35 NZD
Express (2-5 Days) - $50
Rest of the World: $80 NZD
(Includes countries such as: United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, China, France, Germany, Netherlands)
